The Arvind Mills Limited

Our office is located at B-408 in the Lily building, which is part of Raheja Gardens in Wanaworie. The Arvind Mills Limited has been in this part of Pune for a while now. It’s a residential-style complex, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a standard business park. We have a small team here handling the administrative side of things. It's usually pretty quiet, except when we have a lot of paperwork to get through. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. Just a regular door with our name on it. Most of the people who work here live nearby in Pune. We like the 411040 area because it's easy to get around. Sometimes we have meetings in the local cafes if the office feels too cramped. We don't really go for big corporate speeches. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. It’s a very hands-on approach. The office is filled with files and some samples here and there. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve been part of the Wanaworie community for some time and we plan to stay. It’s a decent place to work without all the stress of the city center. We just do our thing here and keep things moving.
