Thar Charitable Foundation

You can find the Thar Charitable Foundation over at Abhinandan Apartments in Shastri Nagar. We are located in Flat Number 602 in the A-9 block. It’s a regular residential apartment building, so it doesn't look like a business office from the outside at all. We’ve been using this flat for a while now to keep all our records and manage our daily affairs. Shastri Nagar is a nice, quiet area that feels quite settled and safe. The sixth floor gives us a bit of a nice breeze which is great when it’s hot outside. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who come in and out throughout the week. The main living room is where most of the work actually happens. We’ve got some tall metal cupboards filled with files and a couple of old computers set up on a desk. It’s not very formal here. We often sit around the old dining table to talk about what needs to be done next for the foundation. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing loudly in the hallway, so it’s not always perfectly quiet. We prefer it this way though, it feels more real and connected to the people around us. The apartment is a little bit cluttered because we have to store everything in one place. We don't have any fancy signs on the door. People who need us usually find their way here.
