Thakkar Construction

We are based out of Pune, specifically in the 411014 area. Construction is a tough business, and we've been in it long enough to know that things rarely go exactly as planned. We spend most of our time out on the sites, getting our hands dirty and making sure the bricks and mortar are going where they should. The office in Pune is more of a place to keep the tools and do the payroll than a place for showing off. We aren't into the fancy presentations or the glossy brochures you see from the big city firms. We just show up every morning, check the progress, and talk to the workers. Our group is small, mostly made up of people who have been with us for years. We know each other's families and we look out for one another. That's how we run things. If a wall isn't straight, we fix it. If the materials are late, we figure out a way to keep moving. It's practical work for practical people. Pune is growing fast, and there is always something to build or fix. We just want to do a decent job that will stand for a long time. No need for big promises or mission statements. We just build. That's what we do. We stay busy, we keep it simple, and we make sure the jobs get finished without too much drama or unnecessary delays.
