Tembulkar Design Shop

You can find us at B 112, 1st Cross in Wanawadi. Tembulkar Design Shop is exactly what it sounds like—a small shop where we work on designs and drawings. The space isn't very large, so we’ve had to be creative with how we store everything. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, filled with pencils, paper, and old project files. Wanawadi is a pleasant area to be in, and the 1st Cross is generally quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years and have become a bit of a fixture in the neighborhood. Our day-to-day routine is pretty simple. We come in, start on whatever project is currently on the table, and take breaks for tea from the local stall. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements. We just like the process of designing things and seeing them come to life. There isn't a receptionist or any fancy furniture here. Usually, the main table is covered in sketches and empty tea cups. We prefer working this way because it’s direct and honest. If you come by, you’re talking to the people who are actually doing the work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. It’s a steady way to work, and we’re happy with how things are.
