Telecommunications

Our workspace is located at Shewanti Niwas, which is 127/A in the Chinchwad Kandois Khadki area. We have been working in the telecommunications field for quite a long time now. We mainly deal with landlines, intercom systems, and those older PBX boxes that many local businesses still depend on. It’s not a fancy store with a big display window; it is more of a workshop where we keep our spare parts and tools. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting lines that have gone noisy or fixing handsets that have been dropped too many times. Chinchwad is a busy place, but our building is fairly easy to locate once you are on the right street. We remember when everything was just copper wires, and while things are moving toward fiber now, we still look after the older systems too. It is just me and two other technicians doing the rounds. We don't spend any money on marketing or advertisements. People usually find us because their phone stopped working and a neighbor gave them our number. We have drawers full of old parts that you can't even find in the big stores anymore, which comes in handy for repairs. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation. We just like fixing things and making sure people can stay in touch. The work is steady and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
