Telco Automation Limited is based in Pimpri. We have been in this area for a long time and have seen how much it has changed over the years. Our facility is a practical space where we focus on our daily operations. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The building is functional and provides us with what we need to get the job done. Most of the people who work here are locals who have been with us for quite a while. We don't really bother with corporate polish or trying to look like something we aren't. It’s a real workplace where things can get a bit noisy and hectic depending on what we are working on that day. Pimpri is a busy industrial town, and we fit right into the landscape of the neighborhood. We don't have a dedicated public relations person, so if you talk to us, you’re usually speaking to someone who actually does the work. We keep our conversations simple and to the point. We don't like using a lot of jargon that nobody understands. If there’s a problem, we sit down and try to figure it out together. It’s a very hands-on environment. We come in, do our shifts, and make sure everything is running as it should be before we close up for the night. It is just an honest day's work for everyone here.
