We have been operating here in the Bhosari area for quite a while now. Our spot is at EL-12 in the Electronic Zone, right in the middle of J Block. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading into work. Tek Electromechanicals Pvt Ltd isn’t some giant corporation with a glass building. We are just a small team working in a workshop that usually smells like oil and metal. My desk is always covered in old drawings and some spare parts that I forgot to put away. It is not very organized, but we know where everything is. The noise from the machines next door can get a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week. Most of our days are spent checking motors or looking at circuit boards. We do not really do fancy meetings or use big words. If a customer comes in with a problem, we just sit down and try to figure out how to fix it. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how much the traffic has changed over the years. It is a simple life here in the MIDC belt. We are not trying to change the world; we are just trying to do our jobs right so we can go home on time. It gets dusty in the summer and the rains make the roads a bit messy, but we like it here. It is honest work. Nothing more, nothing less. Just us.
