Tejraj Construction

Our office for Tejraj Construction is located in the Vishrantwadi area, specifically at Kalas, SR No 59. We’re right near the Dattamandir temple, which is a big landmark for us. Leena Paunikar and Gajanan Kuchikar run things here. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just focus on our construction jobs and making sure the work is done right for the people who hire us. The office is a practical space where we handle the paperwork and meet with our workers. Being near the temple means there’s always people around, and it gives the place a nice feel. We’ve been in this part of Pune 411015 for quite a while. We know the streets and the local suppliers well. Our work isn't about fancy presentations. It’s about getting out there and making sure the bricks are laid straight. We take pride in just being a solid local contractor that people can talk to directly. There are no middle-men here. If you come by, you’ll likely see us drinking some tea and going over the day's schedule. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We just want to keep building and doing a good job for the neighborhood. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work that we’ve been doing for years and we plan to keep at it as long as we can.
