Tejraj Builder

I’m working with Tejraj Builder, and we’re located over in Pune 51. Our office is actually inside a flat—number 19 in Building No 6 of Ganesh Buag. It’s tucked away right behind the Manik Buag petrol pump. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on building plans. We don't have a big glass office or a huge lobby. It’s just a regular space where we meet and talk about our housing projects. Most of the time, we’re out looking at sites or talking to contractors, but this is where the main work happens. We’ve been here at Ganesh Buag for a while. It’s easy to find once you spot the petrol pump. We don’t really bother with flashy signs or big marketing campaigns. We think our work should stand on its own when people see the buildings we put up. It’s just a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes we’re answering phones, other times we’re checking on supplies or visiting the bank. We like the local feel of being in a residential building. It keeps us grounded and reminds us who we’re building for every single day. Life in Pune 51 is busy, but we’ve got our own little rhythm here. If you need to find us, just head behind the pump and look for building six. We'll be there.
