We are located over at E 20 in Sunderpark, Pune. The pin code is 411051. Sunderpark is a decent area and we’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time. We are developers, so our talk is usually about land, permits, and construction schedules. The office is a bit lived-in, with maps of different plots tacked to the walls. We have a few desks and a small area where we talk to people about upcoming projects. Pune has seen a lot of growth, and we’re just a small part of that. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Sunderpark is a bit much, but that’s Pune for you. We don't go in for anything too flashy. Our space is functional. We handle the paperwork for housing and commercial sites. There’s always a stack of documents waiting to be signed. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and coffee. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do get the work done. The team is just a handful of folks who know the local real estate scene. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just focus on the developments we have on our plate right now. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and architects. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the local builds. It’s steady work and keep us involved with the community.
