We are based in Baner Gaon, specifically at 102 Sai Empire. It's quite close to the ICICI Bank, so most people find us without much trouble. At Teerth Realties, we handle property matters. It’s a small office with just a few desks and a lot of paperwork. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. Baner has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep track sometimes. We try to stay on top of the local listings. It’s not always easy work, there’s a lot of running around involved. We don't wear suits every day or anything like that. It’s more about just talking honestly with the neighbors. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We've been in this building for a good bit. The bank nearby makes it convenient for clients. We mostly just focus on this part of town because it’s what we know. There's no big corporate vibe here, just us trying to help folks find a place. We take things one day at a time. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the interaction. If you're walking past the bank, you'll probably see our sign on the first floor. There's usually someone here with a cup of tea ready to talk about the latest plots or apartments.
