Technofour Electronics is located out in Khed Shivapur, on the Saswad Road. Our facility is in Kasurdi, specifically at Gat No. 3, 5, and part of 245. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s a good place for manufacturing. The area is quieter than the urban centers, though we have our own noise from the assembly lines. We make various electronic components here. It’s a lot of sitting at benches with soldering irons and testing equipment. The team is mostly local people from the surrounding villages and towns. We have a canteen where everyone eats together, which is nice. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff in our day-to-day. It’s mostly about checking the circuit boards and making sure the sensors are calibrated right. The weather out here can be quite nice in the monsoon, though the roads get a bit messy. We’ve been expanding slowly over the years, adding a bit of space here and there as we need it. Our office doesn't look like those fancy tech companies you see in magazines. It’s practical and a little bit cluttered with manuals and spare parts. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to keep our machines running smoothly. It’s a steady kind of life working in electronics manufacturing in this part of the district. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
