We’re out on the Kasurdi Khed Shivapur - Saswad Road, specifically at Hat No. 3, 5, 243. Being in Tal Bhor means it’s a bit of a drive from the city. Technofour Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is situated in a spot where it’s actually quiet enough to hear the birds sometimes. Our facility is where we put together electronic testing systems. It’s a mix of heavy metal frames and delicate wiring. The floors are grey concrete and show the scuffs of moving heavy machinery around. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, the person who answers the door is the same one who was just holding a wrench or a multimeter. We work at a steady pace. There’s no rush to look busy because there is always something that needs to be calibrated. The commute out here can be a bit rough during the monsoon when the roads get muddy. We have a small pantry where we make tea twice a day. It’s a tight-knit group. Most of us live in the nearby villages or travel from the outskirts of Pune. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on making sure the electronics we build don't fail when they get to the customer. It's practical work in a plain building. We like the space we have out here compared to the cramped city shops. It works for us.
