Technofour Electronics (P) Ltd.

Out here in Kasurdi, things are a bit quieter than in the city. Technofour Electronics is located across a few gats, mostly Gat No. 3 and 5, near Khed Shivapur in the Bhol area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but once you’re here, it’s a good spot for an electronics setup. We’ve got a lot of space for the testing equipment and the assembly lines. It isn't always easy keeping everything clean in a place that’s surrounded by open land, but we do our best. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages or they commute from the outskirts. We spend our days looking at circuits and metal parts. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is annoying for the sensitive gear, but we’ve got backups for that. It’s a practical environment where we mostly talk about technical specs and shipping dates. We don’t have much use for fancy words. If a machine isn't working right, we stay until it is. The lunch break is usually the best time, when everyone sits together and talks about things other than work. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we take some pride in knowing the stuff we make here ends up all over the place. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living in this part of the country for all of us.
