Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai

We’ve been running Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt. Ltd. for a while now. Even though the name says Mumbai, our actual spot is over in Pune, right near the Jai Ganesh Hotel at Harshada Residency. It’s a busy area and people usually find us by looking for the hotel first. Most of our time goes into working with plasma machines and getting the technical stuff right for the projects that come in. It’s not always pretty work, honestly. The office in Flat No. 2 gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of gear lying around. We’ve got a small crew here and everyone just chips in where they can. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the phones ringing and someone trying to explain a machine part to a customer over the noise. We aren’t really into big fancy offices or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering side and making sure the systems actually work like they are supposed to. It’s a lot of long hours and drinking tea while looking at diagrams. Pune is a good place for this kind of work though, even if the traffic near Chinchwad gets annoying in the evenings. We’ve stayed in this same spot for a bit because it works for us and the locals know where we are. It’s just a normal day-to-day business trying to keep up with orders and fixing whatever breaks down on the floor.
