Team Plus Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd is located in Pune, specifically in the Moshi area. Our office is A-304 in the Riddhi Siddhi Sanskruti building on Spine City Road. We are really close to the Spine City Mall, which is handy when we want to grab a quick lunch or if someone is coming for an interview and needs a landmark. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the road, which is usually quite busy with people heading to the mall. We spend most of our time on the computer or on calls, trying to match people with the right jobs. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. The office is usually humming with the sound of people chatting on their headsets. It’s not a huge office, but we’ve made it work for our small team. We have some basic chairs and desks, and the walls are mostly covered in calendars and lists. It’s a very practical space. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand, which is finding people work. Sometimes it gets stressful when we have a lot of positions to fill at once, but we just take it one step at a time. Moshi is growing fast, so there are always new people moving in and looking for opportunities.
