TCG Real Estate

We are located at Plot 1 in the Marketing Launge area of Hinjawadi Midc. If you know where the Infosys office is in Hinjewadi Phase Ii, we are right opposite that. TCG Real Estate is based in one of the busiest parts of Pune. The traffic around here can be a real headache, especially during shift changes at the IT parks. Our office is a busy place with people always coming in and out. We have a few desks set up and a small area where we sit down with people to look at maps and brochures. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things. The office isn't particularly large, but it gets the job done. We have a water dispenser in the corner and a stack of files that never seems to get any smaller. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around the MIDC area. We see a lot of the same faces every day since everyone works in the nearby offices. It’s a bit of a concrete jungle around here, but there are some decent places to grab a quick bite. We don't have a lot of decorations, just the stuff we need for work. It’s an honest, busy environment. We just try to keep up with everything happening in Hinjawadi. It's a lot to manage sometimes, but we've been here long enough to know the rhythm of the place. We usually stay till the lights go off.
