We are out here in Village Kasaramboli, which is a bit of a drive off Urawade Road. It’s quiet compared to the city, situated in the Taluka of Mulshi near Pirangut. Our building sits on Gat No 316. It’s a large space because we have to fit a lot of equipment for making auto components. The drive out here is actually quite nice when the weather is good. Inside, it’s a lot of metal and the smell of grease and machines. We have different shifts working to keep things moving along. It’s a serious environment because the parts have to be right. Most of the staff lives nearby or commutes from the outskirts of Pune. We have a canteen where everyone grabs a bite during the break. It’s not fancy food but it does the job. Things stay pretty busy throughout the day with trucks arriving to pick up parts. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit tricky, but we’re used to the rural setting by now. We’ve been at this location for some time, and the local community knows us as one of the bigger employers around here. We don't have much of a front office for visitors, just a gate and the factory floor. It’s a hard-working place with a lot of moving parts. We try to keep things running on schedule even when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late. It is just the way we do things out here in the village.
