Tata Yutaka Autocomp Limited

We are located out at Gat No 316 in Village Kasaramboli. To get here, you have to go off Urawade Road after you pass through Pirangut. It is a bit of a trek from the main city, but it is quieter out here, at least outside the factory walls. Inside, it is a different story. We make auto components, so there is always the sound of stamping and assembly lines moving. It is a big site and we have a lot of people coming in from the nearby Taluka of Mulshi to work every day. It is a practical place. We don't have much use for fancy decorations or corporate talk. The floor is where the real work happens. When the monsoon comes, the hills around the village get really green and it’s nice to look at during the lunch break. Most of us are just regular people who know how to handle machines and keep the production moving. We focus on the task at hand. If the parts are coming out right and the schedule is being met, then it's a good day. It gets pretty loud and greasy sometimes, but that is just part of the trade. We have been operating here for a while and we are just part of the local landscape now. It’s a solid way to make a living.
