Tata Yazaki

Tata Yazaki has a bit of a unique setup here in Chinchwad. We are located care of Sadashiv A Yesade. It's Room 33 in the C2 G Block of the Gurukrupa Housing Society. This is right in Shambhajinagar. If you know the area, it’s a very local, community-focused spot. We aren't in a big glass tower or a corporate park. We’re part of the housing society itself. It can be a bit tricky for people to find us the first time because you have to navigate the blocks and find the right building. Shambhajinagar is a pretty active part of Pune-19. There are always people moving around, kids playing, and neighbors talking. Our space in Room 33 is where the work happens. It’s a simple room, nothing fancy at all. We use it to coordinate what we need to do for the company. Dealing with automotive parts or whatever the day brings is easier when you have a steady base like this. Being in a residential society like Gurukrupa makes the workday feel a bit different than a standard office job. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being in Chinchwad because it’s central to a lot of industrial activity, but our specific corner is more about the people living here. It’s just a normal place where we do our business every single day without any bells or whistles.
