Tata Visteon Automotive Pvt.Ltd.

This branch of Tata Visteon Automotive Pvt.Ltd. is based in the Warje area of Pune, right near the old telephone exchange. We are at Labhade Park, specifically Sr.No.132, c/o Mr. Ramachandra Jadhav. It is a bit of a residential-feeling spot compared to the bigger industrial zones, but we still keep very busy. The office is located in a building that has been here for quite some time. We have a few rooms filled with desks, and there is usually a lot of talk about logistics and parts. It isn't a silent workplace; there is always someone on the phone or talking across the room. We don't have fancy ergonomic chairs, just the standard ones that have been here for years. The view outside is mostly just other buildings and the street, but it’s nice to be in a part of Pune that feels lived-in. We have a small corner for making tea and keeping our lunch bags. Usually, the day starts around nine and we keep going until the work is finished. There isn't any corporate talk about vision or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. The street can be a bit tight for parking, so most of us come on two-wheelers. It’s just a normal, busy office where we get through our tasks without making much of a fuss about it. We just work.
