It isn't a shiny corporate building. It’s more of a gritty, real-world workplace. We have folks coming in from all over the local area to help out. The roads around here can be a bit rough, but we are used to it by now. It feels like a small community inside a bigger industry. We focus on the daily tasks. Making sure the trucks are ready or the parts are sorted is what fills our time. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big load coming in. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and find someone. Most of us have worked here for quite a bit. We know each other well. It's a simple life. We work, we talk, and we keep the business moving. It's an honest day's labor in a part of Pune that doesn't sleep much. People know us by our location, and we are fine with that. We don't need fancy signs to tell people who we are or what we do here every day. It’s just how things go around here.
