Tata Motors

Our place is located in Siddhivinayak Nagari, right behind Appu Ghar in the Pradhikaran area of Pune. It’s a well-known spot because of the park, so we get a lot of people using that as a reference when they call us. The atmosphere here is usually pretty focused. We deal with all sorts of Tata Motors vehicles, from the smaller cars to the bigger utility ones. The shop is kept busy with routine maintenance and those unexpected breakdowns that seem to happen at the worst times. We have a few benches where customers can sit, but most of the action happens in the back where the lifts are. It gets pretty hot under the tin roof during the summer months, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We’ve been at this address for a while, and we know most of the regulars by their first names. It’s not a corporate environment at all; it’s more like a local workshop where everyone knows their job. We don’t have any slick presentations or sales pitches. We just look at the vehicle, figure out the issue, and get to work. Being in Pune-44 means we are close to a lot of families and businesses, so the variety of work keeps things interesting. It’s just another day of turning bolts and checking oil levels for us, and we wouldn't have it any other way really.
