If you’re driving through South Shivajinagar in Sangli, you’ll probably pass by us in Gulmohor Colony. We’re located in the Janaki building. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a headache on the weekends when everyone is out and about. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have lived in Sangli our whole lives, so we know the local roads and the shortcuts. Working with Tata Motors means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for something small for the city, others want something bigger for long trips. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with fancy coffee machines. We just have a few desks and some brochures that sometimes get out of order. Usually, someone is always busy out back or on the phone with a supplier. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about their cars. It’s a straightforward job. We open the gates early and stay until the work is finished. There’s no need to make it more complicated than it is. We like being part of the neighborhood here. It feels like a real community where people actually recognize each other on the street. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages and it’s a bit faded now, but it works for what we need.
