Tata Motors

We are located over at Navshanti Niketan Housing Society in Pradhikaran, right near D. Y. Patil College in Pune. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood with all the students and families living around here. Being a Tata Motors outlet in this part of town means we get a real mix of people coming through. You have the college kids walking by all the time, and then you have the residents who have lived in Pune 44 for decades. Our office is in a residential sort of setup, so it feels a lot more personal than those big centers out on the highway. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals know us by face. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We mostly spend our time talking to people about their cars or helping them figure out what model suits their family. The pace is a bit faster than the villages, but we still try to keep it friendly. Sometimes the parking out front gets a bit tight because of the college traffic, but we manage. My desk is usually covered in papers and coffee cups, and there’s always someone popping in to ask for directions or a quick favor. We don’t really act like a big corporation. We are just part of the Pradhikaran community, trying to stay useful. It’s a nice spot to work, especially when the weather is good and the trees are green.
