Our spot is in Sangavade, out here in the Kolhapur district. It’s a quiet village most of the time, though the road gets a bit of traffic during the harvest season. We handle things for Tata Motors, mostly focusing on the smaller commercial vehicles that the local guys use to transport goods. I started working here because my family has always been into mechanical things, and Tata is a brand everyone trusts in these parts. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy building with enough room to get the work done. We usually have a few regulars who stop by just to chat and have a smoke while we look at their vehicles. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a handful of us who live nearby and know the area well. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and wait it out. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. People around Sangavade are hardworking, and they expect their trucks to work as hard as they do. We do our best to help them out without making things too complicated. There isn't any fancy talk here. If something is broken, we fix it, or we find the part that's needed. It's a honest way to spend the day, and we've been doing it long enough that it just feels natural now.
