Our office is situated at 402 / G 12 in Ganga Dham, Phase II. It’s right on the Kondhwa Bibwewadi Road in Pune. This area is usually quite lively with people moving between the residential blocks and the local shops. Being at Ganga Dham means we are easy to find if you know this side of town. We represent Tata Motors here, but we don’t run things like a big corporation. It’s just a handful of us managing the office. The space at 402 / G 12 is where all the work happens. We have desks piled with logs and some old posters on the wall. It’s a comfortable place to work. The traffic on Kondhwa Bibwewadi Road can be a bit much during rush hour, so we often hear the horns honking outside. We just ignore the noise and focus on whatever vehicle needs attention. We don't believe in making things sound more complicated than they are. If someone needs a part, we find it. If there’s a delay, we tell them. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in Pune 411 037 for long enough to know the local shops and where to get the best snacks. It feels like a neighborhood business even though it’s a big name. We just show up every morning and do what needs doing. Some days are faster than others, but we keep at it.
