We are tucked away at Shipa Engg. Works, which is located right behind the SBI Bank in Erandwane, Pune. The .04 area is quite central, so there is always a lot of movement nearby. Being situated behind a bank makes it easy for people to find us once they know the landmark. It’s an industrial sort of setting, not some polished office park. You can often hear the sounds of the neighborhood—cars, people talking, and the general hum of the city. We work for Tata Motors Ltd from this location. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, our files, and not much else. It’s a practical space designed for getting things done. We don't spend money on expensive art or fancy lighting. Most of our day is spent handling the usual business tasks that keep everything running. The Erandwane area has a lot of character, and we’ve grown to like the fast pace here. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a local team working out of an engineering works building. It’s a no-nonsense environment. People who come to see us know they aren't going to get a glossy presentation. They just get honest answers and the work they expect. It’s a solid home base for us in this part of Pune. We just get through the work one day at a time.
