If you go to Shanti Shilp on Plot No: 155, that is us. We are in Sector No: 18, right by Shivaji Park in Chinchwad, Pune-19. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area. The building has its own character. We spend most of our daylight hours here. Shivaji Park is a good landmark to give people when they are lost. The sector itself is always moving. Trucks and cars and people walking everywhere. Our space is just a regular office and work area. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy lobby. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk. The floors are a bit worn from all the walking, but it shows we're busy. We like being in Chinchwad because everything is close by. You can find a good meal or a hardware store within a few blocks. The Shanti Shilp building isn't the newest on the block, but it holds up. We've got our routines. Coffee in the morning, lunch at noon, and then the final push before evening. It’s a standard way to earn a living. We don't talk much about goals or targets, we just look at what needs to be done today. It’s a practical life. The Pune-19 area treats us well enough. We stay focused on the tasks and the people in front of us.
