Our spot is over in Kirtane Baug, which is part of the Mundhwa area in Pune. Being part of Tata Motors Ltd., Pune means there is always something going on. It’s a busy city and our location is no different. We spend our days dealing with various parts of the vehicle business. It’s a decent area to work in, though the traffic in Pune can be a real headache some mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. We aren't in one of those giant glass towers you see in the IT parks. It’s more of a regular setup where we can actually get things done without too much fuss or corporate noise. People come by and we just handle the business at hand. Kirtane Baug has a bit of a residential feel to it, which makes it a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve got the regular office stuff and some storage space for what we need. It’s pretty straightforward. No one here wears fancy suits unless they absolutely have to for a big meeting. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Most of us have been here long enough that we know the best tea stalls nearby and where to get a quick lunch. If you are trying to find us, Mundhwa is the key. It’s a practical location for what we do, and it serves us well enough for the daily grind.
