Tata Motors Ltd Pune is based at 10, Vikram Heights. Our building is right opposite Rahul Nagar. If you are familiar with the Kothrud area, we are quite near the Karve Statue. This is a very iconic part of Pune. Kothrud is famous for being one of the fastest-growing suburbs in Asia at one point, but to us, it’s just where we come to work. The area around Karve Statue is always crowded with students and office goers. Vikram Heights is a decent building, and being at number 10 means we have a specific spot in this busy hub. You can hear the traffic from Karve Road almost all day. It’s the sound of the city moving. We like being near Rahul Nagar because there are plenty of places to grab a quick tea or a snack during the afternoon. The building itself has several other offices, so there’s always people coming and going in the hallways. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. But the location is very convenient for anyone traveling through Kothrud. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a room where we get our work done and talk to whoever drops by. It feels very much like a part of the real Pune, away from the newer IT parks.
