Tata Motors Ltd. (Nano Plant)

We are set up at Sr.No. 149 in the Isha Apartment complex, specifically Flat No 2. It’s in the Pune area, with the 411041 pin code. Having a Nano Plant office in an apartment might seem a little different to some, but it works for us. It’s a quiet enough spot in Maharashtra where we can focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have a giant factory floor right here in the flat, obviously. This is more for the administrative side of things and keeping the records straight. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to us by now. The space is simple. We have our desks, some files, and a kettle for tea. Working out of an apartment building like Isha gives it a bit more of a personal feel than a cold office block. You see families coming and going, and it feels like being part of a real neighborhood. We spend our days answering calls and managing the paperwork that comes with the plant operations. It’s steady work and we don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. Pune is a fast-growing city, but our little corner remains pretty grounded. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. It is a practical arrangement that suits the way we operate. No big corporate vibes here, just a regular work day for our small crew.
