Tata Motor Ltd

We are currently working out of a space located at C0 Shri. Ozardekar Devidas D. Somanath Provision Store. It is at Sr. No. 12 in Laximinaaar, Yarawda. Being in Pune 411006 means we are right in the middle of a very active area. It is a bit of an unusual spot since we are tied in with the provision store location, but it works for what we do at Tata Motor Ltd. People often stop by the store for their daily groceries and then realize we are tucked in there too. It is a very local vibe, definitely not a glass-and-steel office building. We have a small corner where we keep our files and the computer. The noise from the street and the shop is just part of our daily life. Sometimes we have to pause a conversation because a delivery truck is unloading outside. It is honest work and we don't feel the need to pretend it's more glamorous than it is. Most of the people around here have lived in Yarawda for generations. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. The "Institutio" part of our address is a bit of a formal detail, but mostly we just think of ourselves as a small team in a busy neighborhood. It is a practical arrangement that keeps us close to the ground and the local community.
