We are based in Kothrud, specifically in Dahanukar Colony on Lane Number 7. Our office is actually Flat Number 4 in the Aishwaryapuri building. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the downtown parts of Pune. Being in an apartment building means it feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We handle money matters and capital here. It’s a lot of looking at numbers, filling out forms, and talking to people about their financial plans. The neighborhood is full of trees and it's quite pleasant to walk around during lunch. Inside, we have converted the rooms into workspaces. It works well for us because it keeps things low-key. We don't have big neon signs or a massive lobby. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the Aishwaryapuri sign. We spend our days processing applications and keeping the files in order. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents, but we manage. Kothrud is a nice part of town, and we’ve been here for a while now. The people who come in are usually locals from around Dahanukar Colony. We just try to be helpful and get the work done without making a big production out of it. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here in Lane 7, keeping everything moving along smoothly for everyone involved in the process.
