Tata Automotive Ltd

Our office is at Plot No. 57 in the Defence R&D Co-Op. Hsg. Soc. along Alandi Road. Tata Automotive Ltd has been here in this part of Pune for a while. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a housing society, so you have that residential feel even though we are working. Alandi Road is always busy, especially with the buses and trucks going by. But once you turn into the society, it calms down a bit. We have a simple setup on Plot 57. It’s not a purpose-built office block, just a converted space that suits our needs. There’s a small patch of green outside that we try to keep alive despite the heat. Inside, it's pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area for making tea in the afternoon. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s about getting the work done. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We see the kids playing in the evenings when we’re finishing up our tasks. The address 411015 is quite a ways from the main center of Pune, so the commute can be long for some of us. We just handle the automotive side of things from here, keeping track of everything on our screens. It’s a quiet, steady life at the office. We like the peace of being inside the society walls during the day.
