Tarachand Dental Clinic

You can find us inside the Tarachand Hospital over in Rasta Peth. Being a dental clinic tucked away in a larger hospital means we share some of the same busy energy. Tarachand Dental Clinic has its own corner where we keep the dental chairs and all the tools. Rasta Peth is an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always full of scooters and people walking. The hospital building itself has that old-fashioned architecture that you don't see much of anymore. Inside the clinic, it smells a bit like clove oil and disinfectant, which is pretty standard for a dentist’s office. We have a small desk where we keep the appointment book. It’s a physical book, not a digital one, because it’s easier to just scribble names down. The sink in the corner sometimes drips a little, and we have to remind ourselves to tighten the tap. It’s a busy life here, moving from one patient to the next while the sounds of the main hospital echo in the hallway. We don’t go in for fancy advertisements or social media pages. We just focus on the teeth and the people sitting in the chair. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that has served the community in Rasta Peth for a long time. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
