Tanus Fitness World

Tanus Fitness World is at Shop Number 5 in the Anupam Complex. This is located in Kothrud on Haji Bapu Road. Kothrud is a busy residential area so there are always people moving around outside. The shop itself isn't massive so we have to be smart about where we put the racks and the benches. It’s a ground floor spot which makes it easy to just walk in from the street. Anupam Complex has been around for a while and you can tell by the way the building looks. We have some basic equipment and a few cardio machines tucked into the corner. The walls have some posters on them and the lighting is just regular tube lights. It gets the job done. We see a lot of college students and working people from the Haji Bapu Road area. In the evenings it can get a bit tight when everyone arrives at the same time after work. We spend our time checking the cables on the machines and making sure the weights are put back. Sometimes we have to mop the floor twice a day because of the dust from the road. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. People come here because it’s close to home and they know what to expect. We don’t have fancy changing rooms or showers just the basic necessities for a workout. It's just a regular part of the neighborhood.
