Tanmay Sai

Tanmay Sai is located at Sai Sayaji Corner 46, which is in the New Sangvi area on Paud Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We’ve been at this corner for a few years. Our space is mostly used for managing our small projects and keeping track of our supplies. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us sitting at the desk with a cup of tea. We do a mix of things, mostly related to local building and maintenance. It’s a small operation, just me and a few workers who come and go depending on what needs doing. New Sangvi is a growing place, so there’s always something happening nearby. We get a lot of people stopping by just because they saw our sign while waiting at the light. We don’t use any big words or corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and how long it’ll take. Sometimes we’re behind schedule because the materials didn’t show up, and we just have to be honest about that. It’s a bit of a scramble some days, but we manage. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we don't mind much. We’ve become part of the neighborhood over the years.
