Tanishqa Architects & Planners

The office is tucked away on Susheela Road, specifically at Lokmanya Nagar, 1St Cross, Near-Minerva Circle 26/372. If you know the area near Minerva Circle, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. Tanishqa Architects & Planners isn't a big corporate firm with a glass front. It’s more of a practical space where we handle blueprints and planning documents. We have some desks pushed together and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. Most of the day is spent looking at maps or talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people are trying to look at the same site plan at once. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just the address and the name on the door. It’s a local spot where people come when they need to figure out a building layout or some zoning issues. The lighting isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we're drawing. It's pretty quiet in the mornings, which is when most of the actual designing happens. By the afternoon, there's usually a lot of back-and-forth about measurements and materials. We try to keep things straightforward and don't spend much time on fancy presentations or long meetings. It's more about getting the lines right on the page and making sure everything is accurate. We've been at this spot for a bit, so the locals know where to find us. It's just a regular place where work gets done.
