Talwalkars Spreading Fitness is situated at Gandhi Empire 1 in Sareen Estate. The exact spot is Survey No 595/1, Plot No 2 on Kondhwa Road. We are right in the Lulla Nagar-Wanwadi area of Pune. It’s easy to find because we are literally right above the Vespa showroom. If you see the Manikchand Malbar building, we are right next to it. Being on the Kondhwa Road means there is always something going on outside. The 411040 pin code area is quite busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Most of our regulars just use the Vespa showroom as their landmark. It’s a decent sized space here in Sareen Estate. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow quite a lot. There’s a lot of activity around Lulla Nagar these days. The parking can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes if you come at the wrong hour, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We are up on the floor above the showroom, so you get a bit of a view of the street below. It’s a practical location for people living in Wanwadi or the nearby estates. We don’t have any big flashy entrances, just the stairs leading up from the main road area. It stays pretty busy with people coming and going throughout the day. It is just where we are, sitting right there where everyone can see us from the road in Pune.
