You can find Talib & Shamsi Pvt. Ltd. over near the Toll Plaza on Malegaon Road. We are in the Kasba area of Baramati, in the Pune district. It’s a pretty easy spot to see if you are driving by. We’ve been set up here for a while now. Baramati is a place where people know each other, so we try to keep our reputation solid by just doing the work. Construction is mostly about solving problems as they come up. We spend a lot of time on Malegaon Road, either at the office or moving between sites. It’s a lot of logistics, really. Getting the trucks through the toll and making sure we have enough sand and cement for the day. We don't have a corporate headquarters with marble floors. Our place is more about utility. We focus on the jobs at hand and making sure our workers are taken care of. The weather in the Pune district can be tough on a project, but we’ve learned how to plan around it over the years. We aren't into big speeches or fancy slogans. We just show up, look at what needs to be done, and get started. It’s a messy job, but it’s ours. We like being part of the Baramati community. It’s where we live and where we work, so we take it seriously. There are good days and hard days, but that is construction for you.
