So, we are Talib & Shamsi Construction Pvt. Ltd. and right now we are working out of the Amanora Park -R2 Site. It’s near Magarpattacity in the Hadapsar area of Pune. If you know that part of Maharashtra, you know it’s always busy. Being located near Magarpattacity means there is always something going on around us. We are currently set up at the site itself because that’s where the action is. Most of our time is spent managing the guys and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Construction in Pune can be a bit of a headache with the traffic and the heat, but we handle it. We aren't a giant corporate firm with a glass office; we are mostly in our boots on the ground. The crew has been together for a bit, and we just focus on the daily tasks. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. Living and working around Hadapsar keeps us pretty grounded. It’s a lot of coordination between the architects and the workers. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just life in building, but we keep pushing through. We’ve seen Pune change a lot lately. Being right there at Amanora Park gives us a good view of how much the city is growing. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not always perfect, but we get there.
