Aircel Company

Aircel Company has a spot near Jija Mata Chowk in Talegaon Dabhade, and we also have a presence over near Jashodanagar Road in Vatva. It’s a bit of a spread-out situation. Most of the time, we are dealing with people who are having trouble with their phones or need a new connection. Being near the chowk means it’s always loud outside with horns honking and people shouting. It’s a busy intersection, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people just passing through. The office isn’t anything special, just some desks and chairs and a lot of wires. We spend a lot of our time explaining things to customers who are frustrated because their signal isn’t working or they ran out of data. It can be a bit draining after a few hours of the same questions. We aren’t some big corporate headquarters, just a local branch trying to help folks stay connected. The air conditioning sometimes struggles with the heat when the door is constantly opening and closing. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people coming in, it gets a bit messy by the afternoon. We mostly just focus on getting through the queue of people. It’s a fast-paced environment and there isn’t much time for sitting around. Talegaon Dabhade is a growing area, so there is always someone new coming in for help.
