Yash Enterprises

We set up Yash Enterprises at 3 Ganesh Nagar right on the Talawade Road in Pune. It is a busy spot because of all the traffic heading towards the big industrial zones. You can hear car horns honking all day long from our front door. The shop itself is packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. We have boxes stacked up everywhere and sometimes it is hard to walk through the back room. The floor is tiled but some of them are cracked from moving heavy crates around over the years. We have a small desk near the entrance where we take the cash and write out the paper slips. Pune gets very hot so we have two big ceiling fans that hum all the time. The Talawade area is always growing and there is usually some construction noise nearby. We know most of the other shop owners on this stretch of Ganesh Nagar. We share tea in the afternoons when the pace slows down for a bit. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people just see our sign when they are stuck in the traffic on Talawade Road. It is a practical way to run a business. We stay open late enough to catch the people coming home from their factory shifts. It is a long day but it keeps us busy.
