You can find Pinnacle Equipments over at Gat No. 103 in Jyotiba Nagar, which is part of the Talawade area in Pune. This part of town is really growing with all the industrial sheds and factories popping up lately. We have our own space here where we deal with various types of equipment. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal parts, tools, or scrap. It is a hands-on kind of place. We do not spend much time sitting in comfortable chairs. Most of the day is spent on our feet, checking the assembly or looking over the machines to see if everything is okay. Talawade can get pretty congested with all the company buses and trucks, but we are used to the noise by now. The air smells like oil and burnt metal sometimes, which is just the smell of a normal workday to us. Our team is a mix of older guys who know the machines inside out and some younger ones learning the ropes. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some handwritten safety notes. It gets really hot under the tin roof during April and May, but we just keep the big doors open to catch any breeze that comes through. We just try to get the machines built and out the door without any long delays. It is honest work, and we are glad to be doing it here.
