Tain Constructions

Tain Constructions operates out of 29/A Manmohan Society. You can find us in the Karve Nagar area of Kothrud, Pune. R.L. Patankar is the one who is usually handling the day-to-day stuff here at the office. We have been in Kothrud for a bit now, and it is a very busy part of town to be in. Our office is not anything fancy, just a room in the society where we keep our blueprints and talk to people about their projects. We mostly do residential work and some smaller commercial stuff around the Pune area. The traffic in Karve Nagar can be a real headache some days, but it is a good central spot for our workers to meet up before we head out to a job site. We do not actually spend much time in the office anyway, as most of the real work happens out in the dirt and the sun. If you stop by the society, just ask for the Tain Constructions office. We are not hard to find once you are inside the gates. We do not use any high-tech systems, just old-fashioned hard work and keeping track of things on paper for the most part. It has worked for us so far. We know the local building codes pretty well by now. If you have a project in mind, come by and have a seat with us. We will look at the drawings and see what can be done. It is just us doing what we know.
