Tain Construction

Tain Construction is based out of Hadapsar in Pune. We are in the Pratibha Residency building, specifically in C Block, Flat Number 31. Sasane Nagar is a busy part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside. The flat is our main base of operations. It’s a bit unusual to have an office in a residential building, but it makes things feel more personal. We have converted the rooms into workspaces with tables and some shelves for our blueprints and documents. It’s not a large space, so we have to stay organized. You can hear the sounds of the apartment complex, like kids playing or neighbors talking, which is quite nice actually. It keeps us from feeling too isolated. Pune is a great city, and Hadapsar has everything we need nearby. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and open it. We spend our days planning and talking to people on various sites. The kitchen in the flat is where we make our coffee and take short breaks. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where all the work happens. We like being part of a real neighborhood rather than a sterile office park. It feels more like we are part of the community here. The work is steady and the atmosphere is comfortable for the whole team.
