Our office for Taein Construction & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is over in Bavdhan, specifically at 15/A Purbya Wad. We are near Dariyapur and not too far from the Posco Maharashtra plant. Working in construction means we deal with a lot of dust and heavy machinery. The area around here is still developing, so there’s always something going on. We spend our time managing sites and making sure the infrastructure projects don't fall behind. It is a lot of coordination between the guys on the ground and the suppliers. We aren't sitting in a fancy air-conditioned room all day. Usually, we are out checking the work or sitting at our desks surrounded by blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea. The road near the Wad can be a bit bumpy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve got a small crew and everyone knows their role. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If a pipe leaks or a wall needs fixing, we just handle it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise until late in the evening. Sometimes the monsoon makes everything a mess and we have to pause, but then we get right back to it. Being near the Posco facility means there are always trucks moving around. We just fit into the rhythm of the place. It’s a practical life, building things that people actually use in the real world.
