Tadmur Contracting

Tadmur Contracting operates out of Doha, and we’ve been using Po Box 6984 for as long as I can remember. Running a contracting business in Qatar means you have to be ready for a lot of different challenges. The pace of work here can be fast because the city is always expanding, but we try to keep a steady head about it. We don’t have any grand slogans. We just show up at the office, check the project statuses, and make sure the crews have what they need to stay busy. Doha has changed so much over the last decade, and being in the middle of that growth keeps us pretty occupied. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle the billing and the site plans. It can get a bit loud and messy with all the paperwork, but that's just the nature of contracting. We don’t really believe in overcomplicating things. If a job needs doing, we find the best way to get it finished with the resources we have. Sometimes the humidity makes site visits tough, but that’s part of the job. We have a solid group of people working here who have been with us through various projects. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our contracts come through existing relationships we’ve built up over the years. It’s just honest work and we stay focused on the task at hand.
