Arc Ventures

Arc Ventures is run out of Jawahar Apartment, specifically Unit No. 7 at No. 1. It’s a residential building that houses a few small businesses like ours. We don’t have a massive warehouse or a storefront on the main road. Instead, we work from this quiet space where we can focus. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which suits us just fine. We handle various venture projects and bits of business from here. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello while we’re sorting through files. It’s a very grounded way to work. We have a few computers, a printer that occasionally jams, and stacks of notebooks everywhere. People reach out to us when they have ideas or need a bit of help getting a project moving. We don't use any complicated business lingo. If something makes sense, we do it. If it doesn't, we don't. The apartment is well-lit and we’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes take our tea breaks. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We prefer being comfortable while we work. Getting mail delivered here is easy since everyone knows the building. We’ve been at this for some time now and haven’t felt the need to move to a bigger, colder office building. This little spot in Jawahar Apartment is exactly what we need to keep things going day after day.
